Requires patience of a Saint

"The unit works well but has many annoying attributes. Nice machine needs to be brought up to modern methods for access. . We should have many more configuration and adjustment capabilities from a web browser and phone app, where we can sit and think about it whereas now i have to stand by it to make even modest changes. Also it ALWAYS has to go through some kind of mechanical audit cycle for just about every change. . . save it and do it all when i tell it I'm done making changes, THEN do the mechanics and checks. Also for missed doses, let me choose which missed dose to recover. i have to do four different doses due to lack of capacity in the outgoing bins. Thanks folks"

Works like a champ

"I didn't get this because I forget my pills, because I have to lock up my pills for fear of abuse, or any of the normal reasons. I got it because I have severe arthritis in my hands, and filling the little pill boxes 1 pill at a time was torture. Once this was completely set up (which to be honest, isn't the quickest, but it is simple) now when I run out of 1 or more meds, all I have to do is pull out the hopper and dump the whole bottle in, tell the computer how many I added, and I'm done. SO WORTH IT G. Adair"

"Initial setup takes a bit of time if you need to count your existing pills, I was in the middle of 90 day supplies so did not want to wait. As far as the machine it's a bit slow and pretty noisy when it's picking pills. Noisy enough that I can't keep it in the bedroom as it wakes up my spouse during the preparation/selection cycle. The unit does function well, it will be very convenient to be able to refill pills for more than a week or two or however many pill caddies you have. I do wish it had more large size bins as I get most of my meds in 90 day supplies and they are medium size capsules. I also wish gel tablets/capsules could be used. Id also like a larger capacity as far as the number of bins so my spouse could use it as well instead of needing separate units. Besides being noisy the unit works great, the notifications work as expected. Also if I would have had the remote programming option on during initial setup it would have been much easier and faster in my situation."
