"This is a life saver. I have so many pills to take if I run out I forget to reorder. This guy doesn’t forget. And emails my daughter if I haven’t taken my pills. You just pour one type of pill into a bin and easily say to take one just on Wednesday s. Or 6 a day at 3 times a day. Etc. and the help desk is amazing. They will work with you for any problems."
"This has been a blessing in regulating my dad's medications. No more extra doses taken."
"Can't live without it now. Wish I could travel with it"
"My mom takes about 11 different medications we had them in a pill organizer because she takes different medications five times a day from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm she had a broken hip , high blood pressure, and a weak heart. One night I was going to give her the meds I found duplicate pills in the same compartment this was not good so I purchased a used medacube lasted me 11 months it was not getting all the pills the machine was a little abused so I decided I can’t wait for a repair so I decided to purchase a new one best decision I made. It’s so easy to use and dispense the meds. I’m very happy with the new medacube it works really well. Thank you medacube for making such a good machine. I put labels on the medacube so the aids won’t abuse it."
"This machine has been an absolute lifesaver at my mom‘s assisted-living that was charging us $1000 a month to take care of her medication"
"We are using the Medicine for our 20 year old daughter who is on the Spectrum. We have been looking for ways to help her be independent. This system is easy to program, and she loves getting her medicine on her own. So far, there have been no glitches or problems."
"So far I love it, it is very similar to 1. 0 which I have used since 2022. I’m the patient and the care giver so it really saves time dispensing all my meds at the right times. If you have a lot of meds to take daily I highly recommend it."
"Once configured, loading is a breeze. Previously, with all the medications in use in this household, loading the individual pill boxes, four per "slab" and three to six per compartment took forever and was prone to error. It was just as easy to forget to dig one out of the organizer to consume the pills. With the MedaCube, it announces the next dispensing with a bit of mechanical sound, not particularly disquieting and welcomed. The settings for voice alerts are flexible and can be adjusted or stifled like Edith Bunker. The display is lighthouse bright, but can be stopped down in screen saver mode for convenience. It has adjustable time settings for that as well and will return to full brightness when dispensing. In general, the unit was fairly intuitive to set up and especially to use. I ran into a snag in that the dispensing cup had to be re-calibrated, but an overnight email from support resolved that in about as long as it takes to write this review. The initial loading was time consuming, but that sequence got faster and faster as we became familiar with the steps. Future loading is likely to be one bin at a time and should be completely uneventful. Adjusting values and labels and locations is also intuitive. The menus are very well written"
"We love it so much we bought another one. Will be back to purchase more. Please try to increase it to more than 16 meds"
"We’ve been owners since before Covid! I love that if i have trouble with anything they respond quickly and have been able to fix any issue by send a “fix” for lack of a better term over the network! Using this has saved so much time for my caregivers! No more spending multiple hours every or every other weeken putting pills into small containers! It gives me my scripts as i am supposed to take them so no more wondering if i took my meds at the right time! 💊"
