"This is a life saver. I have so many pills to take if I run out I forget to reorder. This guy doesn’t forget. And emails my daughter if I haven’t taken my pills. You just pour one type of pill into a bin and easily say to take one just on Wednesday s. Or 6 a day at 3 times a day. Etc. and the help desk is amazing. They will work with you for any problems."

"First got a MedaCube when I realized my 89 yo husband was mixing up his medications. He was so proud and wanted to continue taking care of himself. That first MedaCube gave me comfort and safety. When he died, I sold it back. What an incredibly foolish decision! So, when I realized my vision was being compromised by age, I got another MedaCube. Yes, it was expensive, and it required that I make a number of sacrifices. But those sacrifices are being repaid as my medications are exactly correct and on time. I had one small glitch with this one. That sort of things are a sure way to lose stars in a review. But when I sent a message explaining the difficulty, it was corrected remotely . . . almost before my message could have reached a real person. Then, I received an email asking if everything was okay. Customer service is essntial with a complex machine as this, and they exceeded expectations. And now, my daughter and son have the same level of comfort I had when I knew my husband was getting the right medications at the right times."

"We bought this machine to give my dad more independence but for me to make certain he’s taking his medication because he was missing it before the only thing that I don’t like about the machine is it does not want to dispense the pills that we have to cut in half and there’s not a smaller dose of medicine that we can get. What I do love about the machine is the daily notification when a medicine starts to run low. I put as needed medication in and specified how often he could have it and then the next day I got notifications that it was all low because if he took the maximum amount that was allowed every day, he would run out within six days, but he rarely takes it so I’m not sure how to make that update."

One night I was going to give her the meds I found duplicate pills in the same compartment this was not good so I purchased a used medacube lasted me 11 months it was not getting all the pills the machine was a little abused so I decided I can’t wait for a repair so I decided to purchase a new one best decision I made.
